SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Please allow 3-5 business days for all orders to be processed. Should you have any questions or need to update your shipping address, please email tr3llogycompany@gmail.com to see if this is still possible.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15 days of receiving the product. All claims must be submitted for packages lost in transit no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you, the customers, or I notice an issue with the products or anything else on order, a problem report will be submitted. Email all cases to: Tr3llogycompany@gmail.com
